We sell and supervise new development projects, renovation projects and private commissioning (self-build plots). In addition, we advise various professional parties during the tendering process and on the feasibility of their new development plans, and also about the repositioning of current new development projects and we assess urban plans for commercial feasibility and we initiate alternatives.

Valuations / Appraisals

We appraise homes and real estate for financing, tax reasons, repositioning current projects, purchase and sale decisions and complex valuations. The elaboration of our valuation assignments can be in the form of a valuation, a valuation report as well as a validated valuation (NWWI).

International / Expat

We assist international clients with the purchase and/or rental of homes in Amsterdam. In a relatively unknown country, buying or renting a property can be overwhelming. Thanks to our large market share in the Amsterdam housing market, we are the first to inform clients about new properties. Our expat broker will be happy to help you with this! Our office is therefore a Certified Expat Broker office of the MVA.

Coordinating role in making an appointment for the financing of a home. We realise that one of the most important things when buying a house is the mortgage. Architectural inspection

Coordinating role in making an appointment with an external architectural firm for a structural inspection of a home. A structural inspection provides detailed insight into the structural quality and state of maintenance of your future home.

With the use of our excellent local market knowledge and 20 years of experience in Amsterdam, we advise various parties on the feasibility of new development, conversion and renovation plans. We also provide advice on the repositioning of ongoing new development projects, we assess urban development plans for commercial feasibility and we initiate alternatives.
